Yamaha APX-4-12A twelve string electro acoustic guitar

Yamaha APX-4-12A twelve string electro acoustic guitar. This guitar has a Rosewood fretboard, a Spruce top with Nato back and sides and neck. It has onboard electrics and chrome enclosed tuners. It's pre-owned but in excellent condition, there are expected marks/bumps from use but overall it's clean. There is some marking under the bridge where I tried to clean with'too strong' a cleaner (see final photo/image) but other than this it has normal use wear and tear. The strings are used but reasonable condition and it plays nicely with a good action (about 2.5mm at the 12th fret). The electrics require the normal 9v battery housed in a separate compartment on the side of the body.

The electrics feature a 3 band EQ with master volume and AMF (adjustable mid range frequency). It's a pre owned guitar but fully working and very useable.
