Just polished frets, oiled fingerboard, and put on new Dunlop 45-130 strings. Frets have almost no wear, neck is super clean, amazing playing instrument. Has gold Dunlop strap locks on. All that being said, unless I send you a different item, or the item is incomplete in some way, you are keeping it.

On the other hand I don't sell junk, you're going to want to keep the item. Every guitar leaves my possession fully set up and playing in my opinion the best possible unless otherwise noted, I welcome and prefer in person sales where you can verify this yourself. However, as I write this it is 70 degrees F in my house and 35 F degrees outside. If you are familiar with guitars you know that temperature and humidity effect their set up and playability. If I send a guitar across the country I do not know for certain how it will play when you receive it, it may need adjustments and I will not be held responsible for them.
