Clear beautiful sound, reminiscent of Ricky Skaggs. Bluegrass has never sounded better. Crack on back has been professionally filled, does not affect sound or playability at all. Fretboard in excellent shape with no pitting. Body has some nicks and scrapes, but it goes perfectly with the mandolin being over 100 years old.
