The violin clearly is the work of an experienced maker with original oil varnish. The back side is made of two pieces fantastic flamed maple. The ribs and head are of the same selected wood. And the top is made of quality medium grained spruce. The violin received new violin bridge by Teller(Germany), new chinrest, new tailpiece. New strings, new pegs and new end pin. The antique instrument is offered in a fully restored condition and has been fully and professionally setup by the our workshops. Any repairs have either been conducted by ourselves or fully inspected and the quality of the repair verified by our workshop. No further repairs are required and is ready to play.
